Volume + mechanism
Two levers most tools ignore. First, one LinkedIn login can hold multiple Sales Navigator seats, and each seat carries its own ~50 monthly InMail credits. Six seats is roughly 300 InMails. Second, open profiles can be messaged free, no credit and no connection request, which adds roughly 800 sends. Naviira connects every seat individually, rotates between them, and always prefers the free path. That is the whole trick: LinkedIn's own capacity, used completely.
No, and be suspicious of anyone who guarantees a number. Your ceiling depends on how many Sales Nav seats each profile carries and how many of your prospects have open profiles, which varies by industry (recruiting audiences tend to be rich in them). The dashboard shows your real capacity per profile before you commit a campaign, and we would rather under-promise here than quietly halve our numbers later, which is what happens elsewhere in this market.
A LinkedIn premium setting that lets anyone message that person directly without a connection or an InMail credit. A large share of senior, sales and recruiting audiences have it switched on. Naviira detects open profiles automatically on any list you import and routes them to the free sending path first.
Those are connection-request tools. They send an invite, wait for acceptance, then message, which caps them at LinkedIn's invite limits: realistically 300 to 600 touches per account per month. Naviira's primary channel is InMail plus open-profile messaging through Sales Navigator, which lands directly in the inbox without waiting for an acceptance and without invite limits. Different mechanism, roughly double the ceiling per account.
Same category, different philosophy. We publish the math behind our volume claim, put the Sales Navigator cost you will pay LinkedIn on our pricing page, walk you through the live product before you pay, and let you cancel in two clicks. We also built and operate this engine for our own outbound agency first, so the guardrails exist because our own accounts depend on them.
Account safety
Honest answer: any automation carries risk, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something. What we control is the behavior that triggers restrictions: volume spikes, robotic timing, and blowing past limits. Naviira enforces per-seat daily caps, randomized pacing, automatic cooldowns when LinkedIn pushes back, and auto-pause on failure spikes, in the engine itself, not as optional settings. InMail and open-profile messaging is also inherently gentler than mass connection requests, which is what usually gets accounts flagged.
Per seat: 10 InMails/day, 50/month. Per profile: 30 open-profile messages/day. Every send is spaced with randomized human-like pacing. Seat switching and sending happen as one locked operation so parallel sends never cross wires. Accounts in cooldown are skipped, campaigns with failure spikes pause themselves and tell you why. We publish these numbers because they are the product.
No. Sending runs server-side through managed sessions with dedicated proxies per profile, so nothing depends on your laptop being open. Your session credentials are stored encrypted and reconnection is one click. No browser extension is required to send.
The affected seat backs off automatically and its queued sends reroute to healthy seats where credits allow. If a whole campaign starts failing, it pauses itself with a plain-language reason and you get notified. Nothing keeps blindly firing into a wall, which is how accounts actually get hurt.
Getting started
A LinkedIn profile with Sales Navigator (from ~$99/mo, paid to LinkedIn), a target list or a Sales Navigator search, and 30 minutes. That is genuinely it.
Same day. Connect a profile in a few minutes, import leads by pasting a Sales Navigator search URL or uploading a CSV, pick a sequence, and launch. The first sends go out inside your configured sending window with warm-up pacing applied automatically.
Through a hosted login flow that handles two-factor authentication, so passwords never touch our servers. Session cookies are stored in an encrypted vault, reconnection is one click, and each profile runs behind its own dedicated proxy.
Yes. Import your lead lists by CSV with every column preserved as a personalization variable. Growth plans get guided onboarding, and Agency plans get white-glove migration where we move your campaigns and clients for you.
Platform
It reads each full conversation, classifies the reply (interested, meeting request, more info, not interested), and drafts a response in your voice with your booking link where a call makes sense. You choose the mode per campaign: fully autonomous, or drafts held for your one-click approval. Positive replies are surfaced to the top of the inbox either way.
Every conversation from every connected profile and every Sales Navigator seat, in one place, delivered in real time by webhook with a sync backstop behind it. Views for needs-reply, unread, positive replies and meetings, filterable by campaign, profile, seat or tag.
Yes. Teammates are free and unlimited on every plan; you pay for connected LinkedIn profiles, never for human seats. Growth and Agency add role-based permissions, and Agency adds isolated client workspaces so clients see only their own data.
Every plan includes the API and webhooks, so replies, meetings and status changes can flow into HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Slack or anything else you run. Full CSV export is always available. Your data is never held hostage.
Up to four variants per touch. Naviira splits delivery evenly, tracks replies and positive replies per variant, and flags the winner once each variant has a meaningful sample. Winning openers roll up to an insights view across campaigns.
Pricing + billing
Book a strategy call. We will look at your audience, measure its open-profile density, and show you the live platform against your own use case. If it fits, you pick a plan and are sending the same day. If it does not, we will say so on the call.
Naviira plus Sales Navigator. Example at Growth: $495 for Naviira plus roughly $99 per profile for Sales Navigator paid to LinkedIn. Every tool in this category has that second line item; check whether they mention it. Even all-in, the cost per message stays below every per-seat tool on the market. Full breakdown on the pricing page.
Yes, from Settings, in two clicks, no retention call. Monthly plans stop at the end of the cycle. Export everything to CSV first if you are leaving. We would rather earn the renewal than lock the door.
Done-For-You
Everything between "we should do outbound" and a meeting on your calendar: ICP definition, list building, campaign strategy, copywriting, profile and seat setup, daily sending, trained reply handling, and booking. You get weekly reporting against pipeline. Engagements are premium, by application, and scoped on a strategy call. It all runs on the same engine as the platform.
The platform is for operators: agencies, outbound teams and recruiters who want their hands on the engine. DFY is for founders and revenue leaders who want the outcome without building the function. If you are asking "who on my team would run this," you are probably a DFY conversation.
Operator capacity is the constraint, and outbound only works with a real ICP and an offer that converts. The strategy call is a mutual fit check: if we do not believe we can fill your calendar, we will say so and you keep the platform option.
Three months. Outbound compounds: month one is list, copy and warm-up, month two is optimization against real reply data, month three is where the meeting rate stabilizes. Shorter engagements produce noise, not pipeline, and we would rather not sell noise.
