This Privacy Policy explains how Naviira ("Naviira", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit naviira.io (the "Site"), book a demo, or use the Naviira platform and related services (together, the "Services").
1. Who we are
Naviira is a LinkedIn outreach platform and managed outbound service. For any privacy question or request, contact us at privacy@naviira.io.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Demo bookings. When you book a demo through our scheduling provider (Cal.com), we receive the details you submit: name, email address, and anything you include in the booking notes.
- Direct contact. If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.
- Customer accounts. If you become a customer, we collect account and billing information needed to provide the Services. Platform data handling is governed by your service agreement in addition to this policy.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics and usage data. We use Google Tag Manager to manage measurement tags, including Google Analytics. These tools collect information such as pages viewed, approximate location (city/country level), device and browser type, referral source, and interactions with the Site (for example, clicks on "Book a Demo").
- Cookies and similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy for the specific cookies and local storage keys we use.
- Server logs. Our hosting providers keep standard access logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URL) for security and reliability.
3. How we use information
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Site and Services;
- To schedule and hold demos you request, and to follow up on them;
- To measure how the Site is used so we can improve content and conversion;
- To communicate with you about the Services, including service updates;
- To protect the Services against abuse and to comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal bases (EEA/UK visitors)
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process personal data on these bases: consent (analytics cookies, marketing communications), contract (providing Services you request, including demos), and legitimate interests (site security, improving our Services, responding to enquiries), balanced against your rights.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Site and Services:
- Google (Tag Manager, Analytics) — site measurement;
- Cal.com — demo scheduling;
- Hosting and infrastructure providers (including Hostinger and Vercel) — serving the Site;
- Professional advisers and authorities where required by law.
Each provider processes data under its own terms and, where applicable, data processing agreements.
6. International transfers
Our providers may process data in countries other than your own, including the United States and India. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
7. Retention
We keep analytics data for the default retention periods of the tools involved (Google Analytics: up to 14 months for user-level data), booking data for as long as needed to manage the relationship, and correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary. Customer platform data retention is defined in the service agreement.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, to withdraw consent at any time, and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. California residents have equivalent rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and the right to delete; we do not sell or share personal information as defined by that law.

9. Data processing for customers
When customers use the Naviira platform to manage their own outreach, Naviira acts as a processor of the prospect data our customers control. A Data Processing Agreement covering processor obligations, sub-processors, and security measures is available to customers on request at privacy@naviira.io.
10. Children
The Site and Services are for business use and not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
11. Changes to this policy
We will post any changes on this page and update the date at the top. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site.
